If your Office is using TalentSpace for PTO but you can still request PTO in Pulse your Office an Operations User needs to turn off ‘viewPTO’ in the Permission Override in the Office Settings. This will block users from accessing the Pulse PTO tool by direct URL.
If your Scheduled Weekly Hours is set to less than 40 hrs TalentSpace will calculate the number of hours as less than 8hours. For example, if it is set to 35hours it will only calculate a day off as being 7hours.
Please contact Pulse Support to temporarily give you access to any outstanding Pulse PTO requests or amendments.
