What is a Milestone?
- Milestones serve as markers, pinpointing significant moments or events in your timeline.
- Milestones are unique as they do not have a duration, they are simply a one day item.
- When a Timeline Item is set to a 0-day duration, it morphs into a Milestone.
Creating a Milestone
1) Changing Duration
- To set a Milestone, ensure that the item’s start and finish are on the same day.
- Follow up by setting the duration of the days to “0” to create a new Milestone.
2) Manually Converting to Milestone
- Alternatively you can right click on your desired Timeline Item and select “Convert to Milestone”.
