1. ALL REGIONS

ENHACEMENTS

[#67012] BE: SET CREATED DATE OF FORMS ON PROJECTS TO THE DATE THE PROJECT WAS CREATED

The Closeout Form, when included in a project template, retains the date it was added to the template rather than updating to the date the project was created. This leads to inconsistencies and incorrect date representation in projects created from the template.

Fix: Updated the process to ensure that the created date on forms reflects the actual date the project was created when using a project template.

[#67222] FE: ADD THE TOTAL NUMBER OF HOURS TO THE PENDING APPROVAL PAGE

We have added a new feature to the Pending Approval Page to improve usability and provide more comprehensive information.

Changes Made:

  • Total Number of Hours: The Pending Approval Page now displays the total number of hours for all entries pending approval. This addition allows users to quickly see the aggregate time that needs approval, streamlining the review process and enhancing workflow efficiency.

This enhancement aims to provide better visibility and assist users in managing their pending approvals more effectively.

[#67223] FE: EXPOSE UPN MESSAGE TO THE FE

We have resolved an issue where updating a user record would result in an endless loading screen if there was a duplicate UPN (User Principal Name) conflict.
