Once the Financial Profile is set up, users can add Estimates, Purchase Orders and Invoices to the project.
The project Finance tab has sub-tabs on the left hand side that include:
- Overview
Includes multiple graphs detailing how much money has been estimated and invoiced, as well as budget trackers to see where the project’s money is currently being allocated. - Estimates
Add and view project estimates here. - POs
Add and view project POs here. - Invoices
Add and view project invoices here. - External Costs
Displays any additional External Costs that may have been recorded directly into Agresso. - Timesheet Data
This shows all timesheet records for the project. - Resources
If enabled, displays all resource bookings for the project.
