You have learnt:

  1. Job Builder can be used to Create New Projects – as an alternative to the Project Wizard.
  2. The Job Builder lets you customise the questions you ask the User when they request a New Project.
  3. The questions asked in the Job Builder are created and managed using the Pulse Form Manager.
  4. Access to Job Builder forms is controlled with the ‘User Group‘ feature, managed in the Address Book.
  5. When a Job Builder form is submitted, it uses a pre-set Project Template and review Workflow.
  6. When the Project is created from the Job Builder, the information supplied in the Job Builder form is saved as a PDF in the ‘Forms‘ folder – in the Files Tab.
