To enhance the user experience by enabling the search functionality in the Brand dropdowns to allow searching by Master Client Name.
Key Changes:
- Brand Dropdown Enhancement: Users can now search for brands by entering the Master Client Name in the Brand dropdowns.
- Search Functionality: The dropdown will display all Brands associated with the entered Master Client Name, making it easier for users to find and select the desired Brand.

Enhance the user settings by tracking changes to the alien user’s Finance Profile and Alien User Role by Office and displaying these changes in the history tab.
Key Changes:
- Tracking Alien User Finance Profile Changes: Any changes made to the alien user’s Finance Profile will now be tracked.
- Tracking Alien User Role by Office Changes: Changes to the alien user’s roles by office will be tracked.
- History Tab Updates: The user history tab in the user settings will display these tracked changes, providing a comprehensive view of any modifications made.

Ensure the Job Office filter in the Finance Summary Report is displayed in alphabetical order to improve user experience and ease of use.

[#66984] ENHANCEMENT: ADD THE ABILITY TO SEE THE COMMENTOR’S NAME ON A REVIEW ROUND FOR USERS WHO ARE NOT ON THE REVIEW ROUND
Users are now able to view the reviewers’ names next to their comments in the Ziflow proof viewer, even if they have not been added to the review.
FIXES
[#67327] FIX: SEND MORE THAN NORMAL PARTIALLY APPROVED EMAILS
We identified that partially approved emails are being generated due to a specific case involving TalentSpace PTO records and the auto-approval logic. When a timesheet submission contains only TalentSpace PTO records, the system previously checked and auto-approved the entire submission if all records were approved. However, the current process sends the submission to check for auto-approval rules, which may not be applicable, leading to a state where the TalentSpace PTO record is approved, but the overall period is not.
Changes Made:
- Added logic to detect submissions containing only TalentSpace PTO records.
- If such a submission is detected and the TalentSpace PTO record is approved, the entire period will be auto-approved immediately.
[#67088] FE: SETTINGS SHOWING WHERE THEY SHOULDN’T BE
It was identified that certain settings related to Timesheet Auto Approval were incorrectly displayed on the “Office Details” tab. Specifically, the fields:
- Skip Weekend
- Skip Office Holidays
- Always Require Approval for Non-Charge Time
These fields are correctly displayed under Timesheets > Timesheet Auto Approval Rules but should not appear on the Office Details tab.
Changes Made:
- Modified the UI to ensure that the fields “Skip Weekend”, “Skip Office Holidays”, and “Always Require Approval for Non-Charge Time” are only displayed under Timesheets > Timesheet Auto Approval Rules.
- Removed the aforementioned fields from the Office Details tab.
[#67394] BUG: INCORRECT URL TO LOGIN TO PULSE
It was identified that the Call to Action (CTA) to “Login to Pulse” was generating an incorrect URL (https://app.havaspulse.com/v2/login) instead of the correct URL (https://havaspulse.com/v2/login). This issue arises because the blades were using route(‘login’), which, when run on the cron container, returns app.havaspulse.com as the host name.
Changes Made:
- Modified the logic that builds the login URL.
- Instead of using route(‘login’), the URL is now constructed using the environment variable PULSE_URL.
- The correct URL is now built as env(‘PULSE_URL’).”login.php”.
[#67054] BUG: NOTIFYALIENUSERINVITES EXHAUSTING MEMORY SIZE
The feature currently sends an email every 3 hours to the “Alien User Operation Lead” group of the Lending Office, notifying them that their user has been invited to a project and marked with an alien user role. This frequent notification has been deemed too aggressive.
Changes Made:
- Email Notification Frequency: The email notifications will now be sent once a day on Mondays instead of every 3 hours.
- Conditional Email Sending: Emails will be sent only if the office has an Alien Operations Group. If the office does not have an Alien User Operations Group, no email will be sent.
- Implementation Details: Updated the scheduling logic to trigger the email notifications once a day on Mondays. Ensured the condition to check for the presence of an Alien User Operations Group before sending the email remains unchanged.

Fix to ensure headers are not misaligned with column borders in the schedule view of the Resource Scheduler.
[#64191] BUG: FILES TAB > REVIEW DETAIL > ‘REVIEW SETTINGS’ AND ‘NEW REVIEW ROUND’ DROPDOWN OPTIONS IS NOT WORKING
Fix to ensure the ability to access the ‘Review Settings’ and ‘Create New Round’ buttons from the Review Detail when accessed via the Files Tab. Clicking The ‘View Details’ button for an Asset in Review will open the Review Detail and you can now access these features correctly.
