  3. RELEASE NOTES — RC24.1011

An enhancement allowing Pulse and Agresso to hide the Goods Received button in Purchase orders when status of the PO is sent automatically from Agresso.

We’ve resolved an issue where user roles were displayed incorrectly across different finance profiles. The system was showing inconsistent role names because the same role had different titles depending on the profile (e.g., “Client Partner” in one profile and “Programme Manager” in another).

Key fixes include:

Consistent user role display, ensuring accurate information across teams and projects.

The correct role name is now displayed according to the project’s finance profile.

What was fixed:

We enhanced the system’s ability to handle missing templates during Agresso syncs. Previously, if a sync template was not found, the system could fail without clear guidance on the issue. Now, if a template is missing, the sync will fail and provide a clear error message indicating which template is unavailable.

User impact:

When a sync template is missing, users will see a more informative message that explains the problem, making it easier to identify and resolve missing template issues. This ensures better error tracking and quicker resolution.

What was fixed:

We resolved an issue where the timesheet report would fail to load if the associated job data was missing or out of sync. Previously, if the system couldn’t find the job related to a timesheet entry, it would result in an error and prevent the report from displaying. Now, the system handles this situation more gracefully, ensuring that missing job data does not cause the report to fail.

User impact:

Users will now be able to load timesheet reports even if some job data is missing or incomplete. This fix ensures smoother report generation and reduces downtime caused by missing records.
