A project will at first have a status “Pending Start”. This indicates that it is with the finance team for review. A project in a Pending Start status:
- It doesn’t yet have a Project number (it is marked as TBD)
- It does not have an active Finance tab (where you can create financial documents
- Is not yet available for Users to add Timesheet Records
